Beginning Monday, March 14, the Jean & Alexander Heard Libraries will reopen their doors to visitors. Campus visitors who are accompanied by a community member, such as an admissions officer or faculty researcher, are also welcome. Alumni and emeriti are once again able to visit the libraries during open hours with their Commodore Cards. The Fine Arts Gallery will open to visitors seven days a week. Below you will find details on visitor access and hours for each of our library locations. We are thrilled to welcome the greater Vanderbilt community back into our spaces.
- Eskind Biomedical Library: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Central Library: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Visitors must access the building through the Library Lawn entrance.
- Divinity Library: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Coincides with Central Library hours
- The Fine Arts Gallery: Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., and on weekends, 1:00–5:00 p.m.
- Massey Law Library: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Peabody Library: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Stevenson Science & Engineering Library: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Special Collections and University Archives will remain available by appointment.
- Walker Management Library: Due to construction, visitor access to the Management Library remains unavailable at this time.
- Wilson Music Library: Visitor access available for Blair School of Music performances and special events at this time.
