On Monday, September 18, Central Library will be honoring Constitution Day (September 17, which is on a Sunday this year). This date commemorates the day in 1787 when 39 delegates to the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia signed the United States Constitution.
The Vanderbilt community is invited to the Central Library lobby between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on September 18. We’ll be giving out pocket Constitutions and other swag and we’ll be handing out celebratory cake while it lasts. Join us in our observance of this important occasion!
