Peabody Library will be hosting training sessions for citation managers (focusing on Zotero and Mendeley) and on Covidence (an online systematic review manager) starting the week of September 26th. Sessions will be either in person or on Zoom.
Citation managers like Zotero and Mendeley allow users to pull records of articles or books from online, store and organize them, and then cite them easily as they write.
With Covidence, users create a review, invite other reviewers to participate, and upload article records. The program then leads reviewers through title and abstract screening, full-text screening, and data extraction phases of the review, keeping track along the way. Covidence can also be u
sed to manage other types of literature reviews.
