The library now has access to the Foundation Directory Online (Professional edition) database. Foundation Directory Online Professional provides subscribers with access to comprehensive information on grantmakers and their grants. FDO can be found in the list of Heard Library Research Databases at http://www.library.vanderbilt.edu/heard/artdb.shtml. From this page, under “Need a Database to Find an Article” in the upper left quadrant, either enter “Foundation Directory Online” or “FDO” in the “Search for Database by Name” box or click on “F” under the “Alphabetical list of Databases” and scroll down to Foundation Directory Online. It can also be found by searching Acorn or DiscoverLibrary.
