Launch a rocket with a microcontroller and record flight data is the third of three sessions in the workshop series. Open to Vanderbilt faculty, staff, students, and postdocs. Registration is required.
This third and final session is an in-person practical field demonstration of the microcontroller on the Vanderbilt campus on Friday, April 15. In this session, we will launch a rocket containing a battery-powered microcontroller. We will use two sensors to record altitude and motion, saving data to the onboard memory for later analysis.
- Date and Time: Friday, April 15, 1–1:30 p.m., CT
- Location: Please contact the facilitators for the location for this session. We will follow Vanderbilt COVID-19 protocols at these in-person sessions.
