The Ambassador to the United States from Colombia, Juan Carlos Pinzón, will be visiting Vanderbilt this Wednesday, October 6. While on campus he will speak on Colombian-U.S. relations, and at his request, visit Special Collections to see the library’s rare Colombian collections.
The Vanderbilt Community is invited to the Central Library Community Room at 11:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday for his talk. Welcoming remarks will be given by Dean John Geer, and the talk will be moderated by Felipe Barrera-Osorio.
No registration is required. The talk is sponsored by the Center for Latin American, Caribbean, and Latinx Studies and the Vanderbilt Libraries.
