Hi! My name is Anis Zulaikha Kamaruddin. I am from Terengganu, Malaysia and I am proud to be a Malaysian. I am the eldest of six. Five girls and only one boy. I came to the US under government sponsorship for my undergraduate. I am currently a junior majoring in Chemical Engineering. The reason I chose Chemical Engineering was because I aim to work for an oil and gas company in the future. But, I love to study languages as well and my dream is to speak as many languages as I can.
I started working at the Science & Engineering Library last May to fill my summer. I love this job because I enjoy providing customer service to the students, staffs, faculty members and guests. This is my first time working as library assistant. I really enjoy working with books, devices and technology nowadays. The library staff are also so nice, supportive and always make brownies and cupcakes for us. They make me feel like part of a family.
