Peabody welcomes children’s author Patsi Trollinger for a Fireside Chat on Monday October 15th at 11:30am in the Fireside Reading Room. Patsi will discuss humor and cultural identity in middle grade and YA novels as well as share her books Perfect Timing: How Isaac Murphy Became one of the World’s Greatest Jockeys (Junior Library Guild Selection and Children’s Cooperative Book Center “Best of the Year” Choice) and her chapter book Thrill in the Ville. Patsi’s books are on display in the Youth Collection in Room 306 at Peabody Library.
