As we plan for the future of the Jean & Alexander Heard Library system, it is important that we understand our users’ perceptions and expectations so that we can provide the services you, our users, need. We will be conducting a survey from March 10-31, in conjunction with over 100 other academic libraries, in an attempt to evaluate perceptions of library service quality. The data gathered from this study will be used to establish priorities for service development and improvement. Please let your voice be heard by taking a few minutes and participating.
The Heard Library system will make a donation to Second Harvest Food Bank for each response received. In addition, each survey respondent can choose to become eligible for a drawing for an airfare voucher and a number of other great prizes by entering an email address at the end of the survey. Email addresses will be kept confidential and will not link to your responses in any way.
