ITS will be installing a new power panel in the Hill data center on Sunday morning August 10th between 11:30pm (Saturday evening) and 6:30am. During this time they will need to turn-off several library servers resulting in some services being unavailable. These services include:
VUPrint
etd server
SFX (Findit@VU)
All library wiki’s and blogs
Proxy servers
Athena
Kudzu
Baudelaire and Sigaux databases
E-Archive
All request forms
VURJ
e-stacks
infostats
VUSRP
In addition, updates to DiscoverLibrary will be disabled during this period.
