The Annette and Irwin Eskind Family Biomedical Library and Learning Center is pleased to welcome Bryn Murphy as our new Health Sciences Informationist. Bryn joined us on August 4 and is excited to support the VU and VUMC communities through literature searching, consultations, and training on a variety of information resources and citation management tools.
She holds an MLIS degree from University College Dublin and previously served as a Research and Education Librarian at Texas A&M’s Medical Sciences Library. With over six years of experience in libraries, Bryn brings expertise in instructional pedagogy, consumer health, and is very interested in artificial intelligence.
A Nashville native, Bryn enjoys catching a Nashville SC game on the weekends and is on a quest to find the city’s best bagel shop.
