Vanderbilt libraries and the Center for Student Wellbeing invite you re-energize with Brain Breaks this fall in Central Library. Did you know that taking study breaks can help you learn new skills?
Brain Breaks will take place at 2:00 p.m. — listen for the announcement in Central Library, and join us for a 15-minute break in the 4th floor lobby. Brain Breaks themes include:
- Sept. 21: Study Snack
- Oct. 3: Meditation (meditation will take place in 418A)
- Nov. 7: Coloring Fun
- Dec. 8: Silent Dance Party
