The Digital Scholarship and Communications office is thrilled to welcome everyone back to a new semester and a new year. This Spring, DiSC has a slate of workshops spanning topics from basic to advanced GIS trainings, network and bibliometric analysis. As always, we continue to hold sessions introducing students and researchers to research computing in Python and R. Please visit the DiSC website for detailed information and scheduling.
We encourage you to check our website often, as we are developing a suite of single workshops covering the Open Science Framework, Open Access publishing models, data management, and more. If you are interested in a particular digital scholarship tool or method, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with your class, research team, or other group to develop custom programming.
