Pick-up service for resources that are not available electronically will be expanded during the week of June 15 to include items from all Vanderbilt Libraries and offsite storage locations.
Online requests are fulfilled with electronic versions of resources whenever possible. We are happy to help you locate items. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of physical item requests. This timeframe allows us to follow international standards for safety in handling library materials. The libraries have only limited staff members working inside each day. Pick up is by appointment outside the 21st Avenue entrance to the Divinity Library. Pick-up locations will be expanded beginning in mid-June as the limited staff numbers in the libraries expands somewhat.
To initiate a pickup request, please navigate to the catalog record of the material you wish to receive, sign in, then click on the book pick up link as shown here.
Pick-up times will be staggered to avoid congestion at the pick-up site. Requested item[s] will be in an envelope or bag marked with your name and placed on a table at the pick-up site five minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
