Symposium Program
The Vanderbilt Initiative for Interdisciplinary Geospatial Research (VIIGR) and the Jean and Alexander Heard Library’s Digital Scholarship and Communications (DiSC) are proud to co-sponsor the Middle TN Geospatial Summit, celebrating geospatial research in middle Tennessee and beyond.
The two-day summit will feature lightening talks from local graduate students, a panel and presentations from GIS industry professionals, as well as an Intro to LiDAR Training with Paul Dudley from TN STS-GIS. We are proud to have Dr. David A. Padgett giving the keynote address to wrap up our first day.
We welcome students of all levels, faculty, and members of the public to attend! Interested attendees should sign up here.
Graduate students who are interested in presenting should sign up through Eventbrite, as well as submit an abstract for their presentation via Google Forms here.
Attendees that are interested in the LiDAR training should reserve their spot via this separate registration here.
