You are invited to a welcoming party for a recent arrival–our new Victrola VV-VIII 78 rpm record player–born between 1915 and 1917 and affectionately called “Victor the Eight.” Originally selling for $40-$50, the Victrola has a 2-spring motor, internal horn, oak cabinet, 10″ turntable and does not need to be plugged into anything at all!
When: Monday, April 29th, 4:30-5:00 p.m.
Where: Wilson Music Library, Blair School of Music
We hope you can drop by, have some lemonade and experience some “old” technology.
