The Special Collections and University Archives Library will be renovated from May to August, 2012. During this time, the public service area will move to the Divinity Library, Room 211 (also known as the Electronic Classroom). Celia Walker, Director of Special Projects for the Library, was recently interviewed about the Library’s new Sixties at 50 exhibit and the library renovations in an audio podcast. The GLB renovation project began with a goal of achieving LEED Silver certification. The process is defined by certain actions and decisions that can accrue points, with 50 points needed for Silver and 60 points for Gold level certification.
